Ranjan Dahal, M.D., FACC, FSCAI, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Longview Regional Medical Center’s Heart and Vascular Institute.
Dr. Dahal attended medical school at Tribhuvan University Institute of Medicine in Kathmandu, Nepal, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Dahal completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, Texas, where he was the 2021 chief fellow. Most recently, Dr. Dahal completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio.
Dr. Dahal is board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular diseases, internal medicine, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. His interests are mainly performing coronary interventions, transcatheter aortic valve implantation procedures, pulmonary embolectomy and peripheral arterial interventions.
When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Dahal enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and movies.
